A 38-year-old suspect arrested for alleged drug dealing at Hlanganani RDPs in the Mopani District appeared before the Tiyani Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, 14 May 2026.
The suspect, Dumisani Mathebula (38), was remanded in custody until 21 May 2026 for a formal bail application.
The arrest took place on Wednesday, 13 May 2026 at approximately 09:30 during an intelligence-driven operation conducted by members of the Giyani K9 Unit and Mopani District members.
