An intelligence-driven operation conducted by police in the Marselle area of Kenton-on-Sea has resulted in the arrest of two male suspects and the confiscation of thousands of mandrax tablets.
The suspects, aged 48 and 55, were apprehended on Wednesday, 18 March 2026. During the operation, law enforcement officials recovered a total of 2,018 mandrax tablets. The confiscated drugs have an estimated street value exceeding R200,000.
The two individuals are expected to appear before the Kenton-On-Sea Magistrate’s Court in due course to face charges related to the possession and dealing of illegal substances.
