An intelligence-driven search and seizure operation conducted by Bethelsdorp SAPS, with support from K9 units in Gqeberha, Kariega, and Humansdorp, led to the arrest of a suspect on drug-related charges in Bloemendal on March 19, 2026.
The operation, carried out at approximately 10:30, targeted premises in Lodewyk Street based on information received regarding suspected narcotics activities. A suspect was arrested for dealing in drugs.
The individual is expected to appear in court soon. A case of dealing in drugs is under investigation at Bethelsdorp SAPS.
