A 37-year-old Nigerian national was arrested on Friday, 20 March 2026, by members of the Vryburg Police during routine crime prevention patrols.
Authorities confiscated a total of 5 138 Mandrax tablets and an undisclosed quantity of crystal meth during the operation. The seized drugs have an estimated street value of R51 300.
The suspect is expected to appear soon in the Vryburg Magistrate’s Court on charges of possession of and dealing in drugs.
